Mondays (All levels, warming flow): noon to 1:30pm
Wednesdays (Yoga Basics: for beginners and for experienced yogis seeking emphasis on alignment): 5:30-6:45pm
Fridays (Yin Yoga: longer holding of poses, to stretch connective tissue release deep tension; excellent cross training for yang activities like running, power yoga, rowing and cycling): 5:30-7pm
Saturdays (Yoga Basics): 10-11:15am
Sundays (All levels, warming flow with meditation): 10-11:30am
Drop-in class fee is $15. Classes are $12 each, when you purchase a class bundle of 5 or more classes, at once. Students should wear loose, comfy clothing, bring water, a blanket and a yoga mat. Limited loaner mats available.
